5-Day Easy Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original shoe box, packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase or Order ID is required.

Returns requested after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Easy Return & Exchange Portal

For customer convenience, we provide a dedicated online portal where customers can directly submit return or exchange requests.

Customers can submit a request by entering their Order ID and registered mobile number.

Once submitted, our support team will review the request and provide further updates.

Size Exchange Policy

We understand that selecting the correct shoe size online can sometimes be difficult.

Therefore, we offer a one-time size exchange for eligible orders, subject to stock availability.

Size exchange requests will only be accepted if:

  • Product is unused and unworn.

  • Original packaging is available.

  • Product is returned in resalable condition.

  • Exchange request is submitted within 5 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange through our Return Portal or by contacting us directly.

Please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Product photos/videos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shoe Boxs reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or verification concerns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across India.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on serviceable locations and courier availability.

  • Shoe Boxs reserves the right to cancel suspicious, unverifiable, or high-risk COD orders.

  • COD refunds (if approved) will be processed to the customer's Bank Account or UPI ID after successful return inspection.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability)

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products received

All exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Shoe Boxs.

For size exchange or customer preference returns, return shipping charges may apply.
